Nuts Sort Puzzle applies water-sort logic to stacks of 3D hardware. Tap the top nut on one bolt, move it to a compatible or empty bolt, and continue until every bolt holds one color.
The early levels move quickly, but later boards add more colors and can run out of working space when the order is poor. Helpers include Undo, an extra-bolt tool, coins, and a screw collection that forms decorative sculptures.
Empty bolts are working space
Do not fill every spare bolt too early; an open position is what lets buried colors move into the right order.

Color sorting logic
Move nuts until every bolt matches
Inspect the color stacks. Find completed groups, exposed matches, and colors buried under other nuts.
Select the top nut. Tap a nut that is currently accessible at the top of its bolt.
Move to a useful bolt. Place it on a matching color or an empty bolt that supports the sorting plan.
Complete every color. Repeat until each bolt contains a full stack of matching nuts, using helpers only when needed.

Nuts Sort Puzzle guide
Keep one bolt empty as workspace
Sorting succeeds when every temporary move has a purpose. Keep at least one bolt flexible, expose repeated colors together, and avoid burying a useful top nut under an unrelated stack.
Finish obvious stacks first
When several matching nuts are already exposed, combine them to free bolts and reduce the number of active colors.
Keep one bolt flexible
Treat an empty or partly empty bolt as temporary workspace rather than filling it with a color that cannot be completed yet.
Undo before adding a bolt
If one move caused the blockage, use Undo first. Save the extra-bolt item for boards where the original layout truly lacks workspace.
