How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send a written notification to [email protected] that includes all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Response Time
We review all valid notices and typically respond within 5–10 business days. If the claim is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Your counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts where the service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
